MATTHEW FAIRBANK DESIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Lead Times: Normal production lead-time for orders is 8-10 weeks. Lead-time begins when the deposit is received, drawings are approved and samples are approved. Fabrication on custom pieces does not begin until a final drawing has been signed.

Furniture Size: The customer is responsible for confirming that the product ordered will make clearance in all elevators, stairwells, corridors and doorways of his/her residence or commercial building. MFD is not responsible for furniture that does not fit and will not offer a refund if this occurs.

Variations: The natural characteristics of wood, leather and metal can vary and may differ from the finish samples and from piece to piece.

Payment: Sales of less than $1000 must be paid in full at time of purchase. Sales greater than $1000 can be paid with a 50% deposit at time of order, with the remainder to be paid prior to delivery. Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment. Invoices that have not been paid within 30 days of receipt are subject to a 5% service charge per month will be added to the final invoice.

Delivery and Installation: Local delivery fees are determined and charged before the final invoice is sent out. Long distance delivery fees must be determined by quote. Installation is not included and will be billed at $50 per hour per person and added to the final invoice.

Cancellation: MFD furniture is made to order and not subject to changes or cancellation after 72 hours from time of purchase. Deposits are not refundable after this three-day period.
